Konecta is looking for a dynamic Forward Deployed Engineer specializing in ETL development and contact center data integration. This role bridges technical expertise and client success by delivering customized data solutions for contact center operations. The ideal candidate has strong ETL engineering experience, preferably with a systems integrator (SI) background, and a deep understanding of contact center workflows, data structures, and API integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
ETL Development and Deployment
- Build and maintain scalable ETL pipelines to integrate client contact center data into Konecta’s systems.
- Collaborate with client teams to design efficient data ingestion, transformation, and output workflows tailored to their contact center operations.
- Configure APIs to enable seamless data transfer between client platforms and Konecta solutions.
Client Onboarding and Integration
- Lead technical deployments for new clients, aligning data processes with their unique business requirements.
- Map and validate complex contact center data, ensuring accuracy and compatibility with Konecta’s platforms.
- Partner with clients to address technical challenges, from schema restructuring to optimizing data workflows.
Ongoing Client Support
- Provide ongoing technical assistance for data updates, new integrations, and evolving use cases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring reliable system performance for client operations.
- Deliver expert guidance on leveraging data for actionable insights within contact center environments.
Internal Collaboration and Process Improvement
- Develop tools and automation scripts to streamline ETL processes and reduce deployment timelines.
- Document workflows, best practices, and technical solutions to empower the broader team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address broader technical challenges and improve system scalability.
The Ideal Candidate Would Have:
- Proven experience in ETL development, ideally with a systems integrator (SI) partner or similar environment.
- Expertise in contact center data, including call logs, interaction metadata, and API-based integrations.
- Proficiency in ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica, SSIS) and programming languages like SQL or Python.
- Familiarity with any contact center platforms such as NICE, Five9, or Genesys, and their data ecosystems.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills, with a focus on delivering client success.
